This hotel was horrible. The bathroom was in terrible condition and the hotel was run down and dirty. I cannot believe that this was a Starwood property. Plus, I was overcharged by $15 each night more than my booking .com quoted rate.
Stayed because of proximity to U of A for new student orientation. Hotel staff was exceedingly helpful, accommodating and friendly.
Room felt stuffy in the evenings. Air conditioning seemed ineffective.
old sheets, torn blanket, everything was very old and dated, you need to remodel especially the bedding seemed like it was very old. Carpets in hallways old.
Their beds are really comfortable.
the floor was dirty and hallways have wiered smell. I asked for some one to help me with my luggage twice no one showed up I had to carry it myself.
close to the UA.
The room air condition system is very noisy.
Even though it is an older motel, I felt that my accomodations were very good. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, service was very good.
I would like to have actual coffee cups for my coffee, instead of paper.
Nothing really. The room had no air conditioning and it took forever to get even a fan in the room. It was noisy and very uncomfortable because there was no air in the room. The air system even went completely off during the night. We were extremely disappointed and will probably never stay at that location again.
Same as above
Location was useful to my needs.
A bit austere on the decor front.
We reserved a room with a mountain view, and we looked out the window and there were the mountains. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
No mints on the pillows.
Very well maintained building for as old as it is. Very clean. Great views. Front desk personnel very friendly and professional.
Room was noise near intersetion, tv did not work and was outdated, room was not as clean as it could be, aircoditionare did not work
We chose Four Points because we were attending a performance at the University and the location was excellent.
We were dissapointed in the hallway and rooms. The hallway was narrow and plain, rooms were small and needed remodeling. The previous night we stayed in a Tuscon hotel for the same price as Four Points and it was much nicer, more what I expected for the money.
Location and price. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Parking was easy and access to room convenient.
Not sure what type of comment you want here, if you do not want complaints.
Just an advice: when you require a cab, ask for a yellow cab, since they are much cheaper than the ones ordered by the hotel.
ITs agood nice hotel ,with excellent location and valuable money saver, also its nice to stay short term
